My hot water heater blew out in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I called FastLane first thing Monday morning and Wes made it a priority to get out to my house to evaluate my situation immediately. He was there within an hour, evaluated the situation and had his crew of guys out to my house an hour later to replace the water heater. Wes and his guys were thorough, efficient, professional and clean. By 4pm, we had a brand new hot water heater and went about the rest of our day like it never happened.
